The NBA veteran made it clear he came to Greece with one mission: to win. He spoke about the pursuit of the club\u2019s <strong data-start=\"1954\" data-end=\"1978\">8th EuroLeague title<\/strong>, as well as his new teammates <strong data-start=\"2009\" data-end=\"2026\">Kendrick Nunn<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"2028\" data-end=\"2044\">Jerian Grant<\/strong>, and head coach <strong data-start=\"2061\" data-end=\"2077\">Ergin Ataman<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2082\" data-end=\"2362\">\u201c<strong data-start=\"2083\" data-end=\"2295\">I came here to win. I\u2019m where I want to be, ready to play and to fight for victories. This is incredible \u2014 it\u2019s the first time in my life I\u2019ve experienced something like this. I can\u2019t wait to get on the court<\/strong>,\u201d Holmes said in his first statements as a Panathinaikos player.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2364\" data-end=\"2544\">He emphasized how much it meant to feel truly wanted: \u201cThey showed me they really wanted me here, and that meant a lot.
