The club announced the move following his solid year in the Japanese League.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"365\" data-end=\"553\">Smith averaged <strong data-start=\"380\" data-end=\"425\">18.6 points, 4.3 rebounds and 4.5 assists<\/strong> in 43 games for Nagasaki Velca.
