Wagner\u2019s agent, Jason Glushon, finalized the deal with Magic executives on Friday.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1662\" data-end=\"1855\">Before suffering an <strong data-start=\"1682\" data-end=\"1706\">ACL tear in December<\/strong>, Wagner was having a career year, averaging 12.9 points while shooting 36% from three. In 30 games, he emerged as a Sixth Man of the Year candidate.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1857\" data-end=\"2032\">Wagner led the NBA in points per game among players averaging under 20 minutes.
