strengthen their backcourt.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"455\" data-end=\"665\">The 1997-born guard, a former Maryland standout, averaged <strong data-start=\"513\" data-end=\"542\">16.3 points and 6 assists<\/strong> per game in the EuroCup last season with the <strong data-start=\"588\" data-end=\"598\">Wolves<\/strong> in Lithuania, emerging as one of the competition\u2019s top performers.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"667\" data-end=\"801\">Turkish clubs are moving quickly in the offseason market, and Cowan could be among the first high-profile signings out of the
