Mark Cuban<\/strong> voiced his frustration over the Dallas Mavericks’ decision to trade Luka Doncic to the Los Angeles Lakers<\/strong>, insisting that the team should have secured a better return<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

“If we had to trade Luka, at least get a better deal,”<\/strong> Cuban told WFAA<\/strong>, adding that he would have preferred four unprotected first-round picks, Anthony Davis, and Max Christie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The former Mavs owner also revealed that he learned about the trade just five minutes before<\/strong> ESPN\u2019s Shams Charania<\/strong> broke the news. Cuban reiterated that he has no regrets about selling the team<\/strong>, explaining that he did it to protect his children from having to handle difficult decisions like this<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
