We had to do something, and that was for me to resign,&#8221; Obradovi\u0107 revealed. &#8220;I thanked the guys, went home.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"737\" data-end=\"786\">However, what happened next changed everything.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"788\" data-end=\"1031\">&#8220;First, the president of the club called me, trying to dissuade me. Then, the players begged me not to do it,&#8221; Obradovi\u0107 recalled. &#8220;I reminded them that they had to change if they wanted me to stay.
