We were strong defensively, alternating between zone and man-to-man coverage, and very precise on offense. We moved the ball well, and at some point, Maccabi lost their confidence.<\/p>\n<p>They\u2019re going through a tough season for reasons we all know. As for us, we worked effectively to build, maintain, and extend our lead. Everyone who stepped on the court contributed\u2014whether it was a basket, a defensive play, or a rebound. When everyone participates, we become a very interesting team.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Addressing the early-season criticism, Messina added: \u00abFirst of all, you know, people run their mouth all the time. You know, sometimes it&#8217;s for us, sometimes for another team. So it&#8217;s not my job to. We don&#8217;t play to answer or to anybody. You know, we play for ourselves. And talking about potential, you know, potential is something important when you, at the end, you win games. Okay? So the good thing is that we&#8217;re playing good basketball.
