Spain NT head coach Sergio Scariolo talked about the defeat in Belgium, the second in two games in these February windows heading into Eurobasket 2025.

ON HOW TO IMPROVE

“Making better decisions and working hard day by day. I think these two conclusions sum it up’.

ON RUBIO’S MANAGEMENT

“He didn’t play the whole second half. He has a slight overload in his operated knee and at this moment we must proceed cautiously. We must not take any risks’.

ON THE MOMENT

“I said this after the game against Latvia. I am very realistic about the current scenario, but I encourage the players to rebel. First of all, to play a bigger role in their teams. Of course, in June we will meet again and add players. I hope that those who have been here will have more confidence and more experience in the game’.

ON THE WINDOW

“I’m not leaving with a different feeling than I had before. That doesn’t mean I don’t have some concerns. All of us in the federation are aware of our moment in history. It’s a time of transition and we must strive to find the resources to maintain competitiveness at the top, even at a time like this. There is no secret.

Spain NT head coach Sergio Scariolo talked about the defeat in Belgium, the second in two games in these February

"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false
_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false
[377
["post-374883","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-eurobasket
["GET
