He said he&#8217;s getting comfortable and is already starting to take on a leadership role with his new team.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s been great,\u201d Smart said. \u201cI\u2019ve been talking defense with these guys, but you realize right away that this is a group of guys that are hungry. They want to win and are trying to get better.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>With Ja Morant serving a 25-game suspension to start the season, the Grizzlies will lean heavily on Smart. &#8220;Just continue to be me.
