Prior to this, the Pelicans were the only team without a 15-point comeback this season.<\/p>\n<p>With two regular-season games left, the Pelicans are guaranteed at least the ninth seed and have a chance to move up the Western Conference standings and avoid the play-in tournament altogether.<\/p>\n<p>Pelicans coach Willie Green expressed his excitement about making it to the playoffs for two years in a row, stating that they are &#8220;continuing to build&#8221; and this is a &#8220;huge step in the right direction&#8221;.
