Panathinaikos announces<\/a> the signing of Dwayne Bacon (27, 2.01 meters) on a contract till the end of the 2023-2024 season.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bacon is a basketball player, born on August 30, 1995 in Florida, USA. He played college basketball for the Florida State.<\/p>\n

On June 22, 2017, Bacon was selected by the New Orleans Pelicans with the 40th overall pick in the 2017 NBA draft. He was later traded to the Charlotte Hornets on draft night.<\/p>\n

He signed for the 2017-18 season by Charlotte Hornets and he also played with Greensboro Swarn, G-League. Bacon played there till the 2019-20 championship.<\/p>\n

Dwayne Bacon signed for the 2020-21 season by Orlando Magic averaging 10.9 points, 3.1 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game.<\/p>\n

In October, 2021, he signed with AS Monaco Basket of the French LNB Pro A and Eurolegue (he averaged 14 points and 3.1 rebounds per game).<\/p>\n

On September 26, 2022, Bacon signed with the Los Angeles Lakers and he was waived on October 8, 2022.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
