CSKA Moscow has decided to file an injunction against the Euroleague for its exclusion from the organization of the 2022-23 season. The verdict is expected in a few days at the Luxembourg court and now everyone is anxiously waiting to see what will happen.<\/p>\n

CSKA is one of the 11 team-shareholders of the competition with guaranteed contracts in the Euroleague.<\/p>\n

“It certainly worries us that we are not participating in the EuroLeague, but we will not cry. I see next year as an opportunity for young players,” CSKA Moscow president Andrei Vatutin<\/a> explained to RIA news agency in June.<\/p>\n

Last March, after the expulsion of CSKA Moscow from the Euroleague due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, he emphasized: “our lawyers will decide how we will act”.<\/p>\n
