The Brisbane Bullets are thrilled to announce the signing of NBA veteran Tyler Johnson for the upcoming NBL23 season on a one-year deal.<\/p>\n
Since beginning his NBA career in 2015, the 30-year-old American has played over 350 games in the League. The former Fresno State standout played his first five seasons with the Miami Heat and had stints with Phoenix, Brooklyn, San Antonio and Philadelphia.<\/p>\n
Johnson and Bullets teammate, Aron Baynes have already played together. The duo has had demonstrable NBA success as teammates at the Phoenix Suns in the 2019\/20 season.<\/p>\n
With an NBA career high of 32 points and multiple playoff appearances, the 6-foot-3 guard will add additional scoring power to the Bullets back court and is a highly skilled playmaker.<\/p>\n
Bullets General Manager of Basketball, Sam Mackinnon said the club was excited to secure the signature of the experienced guard.<\/p>\n
