Rubio has been traded three times in the last 12 months, going from Phoenix to Oklahoma City to Minnesota to ultimately Cleveland, where he will play in 2021-22.<\/p>\n<p>Rubio will be a free agent at the end of next season and discussed his future in the interview: &#8220;I will be a free agent and consider my options. The way I have played will determine my market value.
