The three USA players that are coming off from the NBA Finals – Bucks’ Khris Middleton and Jrue Holiday, Suns’ Devin Booker – are set to be available for Sunday’s opener against France, as confirmed by coach Gregg Popovich.<\/p>\n
Middleton and Holiday are reaching Seattle today, from where they will be joined by Booker and take a private flight to Tokyo. They are scheduled to arrive in Japan on Saturday and join the team on the day before the much awaited opener against France.<\/p>\n
“I have no idea [how to use them]. I’m not trying to be glib. I’m trying to be transparent,” Popovich said. “Maybe they’ll be OK for the game [Sunday] and it’ll hit them two days later.
