memo obtained by ESPN it is learned that the players will continue to test daily during All Star Break and no international travel will be allowed.<\/p>\n<p>Players traveling out of market during break must stay in private accommodations.<\/p>\n<p>During the All-Star Break, players will be allowed to travel in the United States, including Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto
