I was feeling 100 percent healthy,\u201d LeVert said. \u201cSo, in a way, this trade definitely showed and revealed what was going on in my body; so I\u2019m definitely looking at it from that side and definitely humbled to know that this trade could\u2019ve possibly saved me in the long run.\u201d<\/p>\n\u201cTo me, the most important thing is to get my body healthy and make sure I live a long life,\u201d LeVert said. \u201cBefore basketball, I think that\u2019s the most important thing; so, for me, I\u2019m not really looking at that side of things.
\n\u201cObviously, I want to play as soon as possible. I\u2019m a competitor; I love to play the game. But for me, I think making sure I\u2019m good healthwise is most important. So, as far as timeline and everything like that, we\u2019ll definitely figure it out sometime in the future. But right now, we just don\u2019t have those answers.\u201d<\/p>\n
Support from family and the Pacers organization has been helpful for LeVert as he awaits medical results to see what plan of action to take.
\n\u201cWe don\u2019t know if it\u2019s cancerous, yet, but like I said, we\u2019re still waiting for some of the results,\u201d LeVert said.<\/p>\n
