We had high expectations and goals, and simply put, we failed. We failed and it\u2019s not acceptable.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve recognized that hard changes in the offseason are necessary to get this team back on track. Change can and will be uncomfortable, but it&#8217;s necessary.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>On the trade rumors about the two stars, Embiid and Simmons:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;m not looking to trade Ben or Joel. I&#8217;m looking to complement them better&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>On the changes needed in the Front Office:<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re strong in the strategic and analytic standpoint. Get some more basketball minds in here.
