According to Adrian Wojnarowski, the Golden State Warriors have waived Marquese Chriss to open a roster spot for two-way player Damion Lee.
The former Louisville will sign a standard contract.
Lee is averaging over 12 points, 5 rebounds and 2 assist per game.
Warriors plan to complete a deal with G Damion Lee to keep him on 15-man roster, league source tells ESPN. He had run out of days on a two-way contract. Warriors waived Marquese Chriss to create a roster spot.
