Cousins will likely play against the Clippers on January 18

Big man DeMarcus Cousins is close to returning to action.
The Golden State Warriors player is expected to return around January 18 when the NBA champions will face the Los Angles Clippers.

Per ESPN, The four-time All-Star has not played since rupturing his left Achilles tendon as a member of the New Orleans Pelicans on Jan. 26, 2018, against the Houston Rockets.
Cousins signed a one-year, $5.3 million midlevel exception with the Warriors last offseason.
