Vilpas Vikings sign rookie Jahaad Proctor
Proctor will begin his pro career in Finland
The Vilpas Vikings announced the signing of rookie guard Jahaad Proctor.
Proctor just finished up his college career at Purdue. He averaged 9 points, 2.3 rebounds, 1.7 assists and one steal per game in his senior year.
