Nanterre’s 16-year-old big man Victor Wembanyama posted 22 points, 15 rebounds, and nine blocks in the overtime win over Zaragoza, setting a new Adidas Next Generation Tournament all-time record for blocks in a single game.
The 7-foot-2 (219-cm) Wembanyama has blocked 21 shots so far in the ANGT and is the only player in tournament’s history to have three games with at least six blocks.
