Former Virginia Tech and La Salle point guard Ty Garland announced he has signed with KB Feronikeli in Kosovo’s top division.
Garland played in Iceland last season, averaging 27.3 points, 4.2 rebounds, 5.4 assists and 3.4 steals per game.
