Robert Upshaw is closing in on a deal with Tsmoki-Minsk of the VTB League and BCL qualification round, sources told Sportando.
The former Washington center has played in Spain, Turkey and Poland among other countries during his career. He last played with Konyaspor in Turkey’s TBL.
