Trae Young on being left off Team USA list for Tokyo: I was hurt by seeing it

Trae Young is not in USA Basketball 44-man preliminary list for Tokyo 2020.

Per Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Before Monday’s game against the Magic, Young said he didn’t have too much to say about being left off the list, but said he would have wanted to play for Team USA. “I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t hurt by seeing it. … Obviously I would have wanted to play on the team,” Young said
