Sardara will move the team from Cagliari to Torino

Torino will have a new team in Serie A2 after the relegation in second division of Auxilium.

Stefano Sardara, president of Banco di Sardegna Sassari, will move Hertz Cagliari Dinamo Academy from Sardinia to Torino and the new name of the club will be Reale Mutua Torino.

Sardara will have 75% of the stakes while the group “Una Mole di Basket” which tried to save Auxilium a few weeks ago, involving also Dmitry Gerasimenko, will have 25% of the shares of the team.

The shares will increase to 30% in 2020 and 40% in 2021.

Renati Nicolai will be the managing director.
