Khimki Moscow Region is trying to bring Timofey Mozgov back to Russia and the agreement between the two sides could be reached as early as next week, a source told Sportando.

The Russian big man has been waived by the Orlando Magic where he never played this past season due to a knee injury.

Orlando plans to stretch his $16.7 million contract ($5.6 million per season over the next three years).
