Iberostar Tenerife has announced that swingman Dejan Todorovic suffered a torn ACL on his left knee during today’s friendly game vs Estudiantes Madrid.
Serbian player will undergo surgery in the coming days and will likely miss several months of basketball. Todorovic was set to start his first season with Tenerife after having played with Andorra and Murcia in the last two seasons.
