Stefano Tonut talked about his future in Olimpia Milano with Luca Chiabotti of Repubblica-Milano. Here are some of his statements.
ON THE MOMENT
I’m very well physically, after the wrist injury at the end of February,” he says, “and I feel I have that extra something that allows me to play and train serenely. You can see the results. Today I’m super happy to be part of an important set-up for the team but, also, aware that it’s my physique that allows it”.
ON THE RELATIONSHIP WITH THE STAFF
“I perceive that the trust of the staff and teammates has grown, from last year to this year but, also, in the last period. This repays me and, fortunately, also the team, for the contribution I can give on the pitch”.
ON THE FUTURE
“I would be happy to continue at Armani because I’m doing well. When I signed I knew the first year would be harder than the second, although I didn’t think so much, but it was what I wanted and I would never go back. Today I am very happy and I hope to repay these efforts in the years to come”.
