Spurs guard Derrick White undergoes left toe surgery

White should be ready for the beginning of next season.

San Antonio Spurs guard Derrick White had surgery on the second toe of his left foot, sources tell ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

White, who averaged a career-best 11.3 points per game this season, is believed will be ready to go by the beginning of next season.
