Spain-Italy, in the pregame tribute to Marc Gasol
Marc Gasol will be honored by the crowd at the Wizink Center before the Spain vs. Italy game.
Coach Gianmarco Pozzecco’s Italy will face Spain tomorrow, Tuesday, June 25, at 7 p.m. Before the game, however, all eyes will be on Marc Gasol, one of the legends of Spanish basketball, who will be honored by the crowd at the Wizink Center in Madrid.
Marc Gasol announced his retirement from basketball in January 2024, while the Memphis Grizzlies, the historic franchise of the Spaniard, retired his jersey in his honor last April.
