Williams has played 53 games in the NBA with the Clippers and Timberwolves

Free agent guard/forward C.J. Williams has reached an agreement on a deal with the Brooklyn Nets, league sources told Sportando.

Williams played 15 games with the Minnesota Timberwolves last season, averaging 2.6 points in 8.5 minutes per game. As part of the two-way deal with Minnesota, Williams appeared in 36 games with the NBA G League’s Iowa Wolves, averaging 14 points and 3.7 rebounds while shooting 36.5 percent from beyond the arc.

The NC State product also played 38 games with the LA Clippers during the 2017-18 season.
