Fontecchio headed to NBA
Simone Fontecchio is signing a 2-year deal with the Utah Jazz, Eurodevotion reports.
The Italian small forward spent last year with Cazoo Baskonia, averaging 11.8 points (45% FG, 41% 3P, 86% FT), 4 rebounds and 2 assists per game between ACB and Euroleague.
The Jazz have begun a rebuilding process with the trade of Rudy Gobert, so Fontecchio could get minutes in the rotation as early as his rookie season.
