Marziali is an International referee and is officiating the Trento-Trieste SuperCup matchup
Italian referee Silvia Marziali has officially become the second woman to ever officiate a Serie A game, as she is currently officiating the Supercup game between Trento and Trieste. Marziali is however the first Italian woman to ever become an International referee.
Marziali is in her first season in Serie A, and is also a doctor recognized in the past months by the Italian Olympic Committee for her work during the COVID-19 pandemic
