Reuben Te Rangi is leaving the Brisbane Bullets, where he has played the past four seasons, to join the South East Melbourne Phoenix, a source told Sportando.
The New Zealander forward comes from a season at 2.6 points, 1.2 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game in NBL.
