According to Marca, Real Madrid has already started negotiating a new contract with Gabriel Deck, the Argentine forward who was voted Co-MVP of the last Euroleague round.

The current deal expires in 2024, but includes an exit for next summer upon payment of a rich buyout, and the Blancos do not want to risk losing the player.

The parties for now would be far from an agreement. The issue is not the length of the new contract – obviously multi-year – but the compensation the Argentine would receive.
