Brown will become a free agent if his contract is not claimed off waivers

The Toronto Raptors have waived guard Lorenzo Brown, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

Brown’s contract would’ve become fully guaranteed if he had remained on Toronto’s roster past 5 PM ET today.
