Pistons to sign Tyler Cook to 10-day contract

The Detroit Pistons plan to sign Tyler Cook to a second 10-day contract, according to Omari Sankofa of the Detroit Free Press.
When the second 10-day deal expires, the Pistons will have to decide whether to sign him for the rest of the season or not.
