Partizan announce signing of Josh Perkins

Partizan Belgrade officially announced the signing of former Gonzaga guard Josh Perkins.
Perkins played in Poland for GTK Gliwice earlier this season, averaging 13.6 points, 3.9 rebounds, 6.7 assists and 1.5 steals per game.
