Parker Jackson-Cartwright signs with Saint Quentin

Former Arizona point guard Parker Jackson-Cartwright signed with Saint Quentin of the French Pro B, the team announced.
Jackson-Cartwright spent the 2019-20 season with Cheshire Phoenix in the British Basketball League, averaging 19.9 points, 5.2 rebounds and 7.4 assists per game.
