Panathinaikos reportedly proposes Nick Calathes a downward renewal

Calathes would earn €1.8M instead of €2.2M next season.

According to Trifilara, Panathinaikos have offered Nick Calathes a three-year contract renewal which would earn him €1.8M per season.

This would be a downward renewal, as Greek star is scheduled to earn €2.2M next season, for the final year of his 3-year, €6.5M contract signed in 2018.
