Panathinaikos and Asvel show interest in Bryce Cotton

Cotton opted out of deal with Perth Wildcats

Bryce Cotton has opted out of his contract with Perth Wildcats after NBL and players associated agreed on a 50% pay cut for players that were earning more than 200k next season.


As soon as he opted out and became free agent, Euroleague teams Panathinaikos and Asvel showed immediate interest in the two time NBL MVP, a source told Sportando.


Cotton has won three of the last four NBL championships (2017, 2019 and 2020).
