Oostende announces Troy Caupain
Former Hapoel Holon guard moves to Belgium.
Filou Oostende has announced the signing of American guard and former Hapoel Holon Troy Caupain.
He arrived in place of Braian Angola, and should make his debut with Belgian side on next weekend.
