The Belgian team signed Papers Badji. The big man averaged 6.2 points and 5 rebounds in French Pro B with Poitiers.
Okapi also re-signed Vladimir Mihailovic who averaged 10.6 points, 4.7 rebounds and 4.9 assists in Belgian league.
