The soap opera between Jonathan Motley and Hapoel Tel Aviv continues, with the club’s president, Ofer Yannay, speaking to Sportal’s microphones and insisting that he still wants Motley at the club. Here are his comments.
Yannay’s words: “With my attitude I have shown that after Motley there will be no more departures. Motley made a bad decision and his agent decided at one point not to answer our messages or even his lawyer. He made a bad decision, we still want him at Hapoel, but he will have to pay the right price for his actions. Coach Itoudis will help us get him back, I expect his connection with Motley to help us”.
Jonathan Motley recently signed a contract to play in the NBA G-League in the United States.
