NBA to keep playing, once season could resume, if player tests positive for COVID-19 again

The NBA is also projecting a one-year timetable on a COVID-19 vaccine.

If the NBA resumes the 19-20 season, the league doesn’t plan on having a stoppage of play if a player tests positive, as reported by The Athletic’s Shams Charania.

Adam Silver said any player(s) will be isolated in quarantine and the outbreak will be limited as daily testing will have begun. Silver also mentioned there could be a two-day break after an eventual positive test.
