NBA, NBPA agree to push back Draft, Free Agency, start of 20-21 season
New dates will be determined at a later point.
The NBA and NBPA have agreed to push back key dates such as the October 16th draft, October 18th free agency and the December 1st start to the 20-21 season, reports The Athletic’s Shams Charania.
The draft was previously scheduled to take place on the first Friday after the last possible day of The Finals with free agency beginning two days later. The draft is still scheduled to take place in October.
