Olimpia Milano big man Nicolò Melli gave an interview to Sport Mediaset before Game 1 of the LBA final against Virtus Bologna.
Melli also talked about all the rumors about his future.
"It’s part of the game. I think it’s the fifth time in my career that I reach the end of my contract. I don’t read all the rumors because I know in my case how many false things are written, let alone for others. Of course there are friends and teammates who tell me about the news that comes out … and every time I just have to laugh. I’m only focused on the series against Virtus, trying to win this championship, trying to win a game on their court. Then for the rest we’ll see."
This year the 33-year-old big man in the LBA is averaging 9 points, 5.7 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 23 minutes per game.
