Los Angeles Lakers: Bronny James will join the G-League
Los Angeles Lakers, Bronny James to the NBA G-League: LeBron’s son to shuttle between active roster and developmental league.
The Los Angeles Lakers will use their affiliate team in the NBA G-League to try and develop Bronny James, according to ESPN. LeBron’s son is expected to stay with the first team for the road series between 28 October and 6 November, a period in which he will also return to Cleveland, while after that he will alternate between the active roster and the NBA G-League.
Bronny James signed a standard NBA contract with the Lakers, not a two-way deal, but made it clear through agent Rich Paul at the time of signing that he would be willing to shuttle between the NBA and G-League during the year.
