Derrick Jones Jr. has signed a three-year, $30 million contract with the Los Angeles Clippers, according to ESPN.


The signing came just hours after Paul George announced his decision to move to another team, with the Philadelphia 76ers considered the favourite.


Jones, coming from the Dallas Mavericks, played his best professional season, averaging 8.6 points and 34.3 per cent three-point shooting.
